One of the greatest privileges in Margaret’s life includes traveling to the remote mountains of Honduras on multiple occasions to volunteer her audiology expertise. This includes assessing hearing levels, implementing a self-sustaining program for distribution of new hearing aids, and providing follow-up care. For four years, she served as a judge for Sertoma Intl. and Oticon Hearing Impaired, awarding scholarships to hard-of-hearing and deaf students. Margaret has four surviving children; in her spare time, she plays classical piano.
